Founded in 2011, Membership Bespoke specialise in recruitment for the membership sector, covering Regulatory Bodies, Trade Associations, Professional Bodies and Political Parties. Although a highly specialised field in terms of client base, they cover a broad range disciplines, including events, education & training, PR, marketing, governance & secretarial, policy, finance and membership.
Well established and succesful within their field, Membership Bespoke approached Breckenridge with them aim of "upping their game to take us to the next level". The biggest challenge they faced from a marketing perspective was a fairly staid brand image that really did not truly reflect the dynamic, energetic and ambitious company that Membership Bespoke truly are.
In addition to the actual branding, much of their existing collateral and systems were also no longer fit for purpose, so the time was ripe for a wholesale change of both image and approach.
Working closely with the Co-Founder and Marketing Director, we interrogated their identified buyer personas, probing for stregths and weaknesses in order to better understand their market and the very particular set of recruitment skills and knowledge that Membership Bespoke can bring to bear.
We then moved into addressing the branding, developing an all-new look and feel for the company encompassing a new logo, colour palette, imagery and importantly, tone of voice. This was all consolidated into a robust set of brand guidelines that serve to ensure consistency for the future development of their business.
We then moved into the development of the more specific branding collateral, developing a company brochure, a Salary Guide (updated twice yearly), and a suite of Powerpoint templates that form the basis of proposals back to clients.
In addition to all of this offline collateral, we developed an all-new HubSpot website with full integration into their HubSpot CRM. This is not only visually much improved over their previous site; we worked closely with the client to develop content that is engaging and on-brand, whilst also being fully informed and underpinned with a solid SEO strategy.
Full training was also given to the client in how to set up and get the best from their HubSpot CRM (with ongoing support on hand), along with how to use the website CMS on an ongoing basis so that they can update and manage their site internally.
The new branding has been very well received by both Membership Bespoke's internal team and their client base. Perhaps more imortantly, it is also doing the job of getting them even greater recognition in the market. A strong visual brand underpinned by solid reasoning, a great website and a clear strategy for future marcomms is already beginning to pay dividends.
