Breckenridge is a growth agency, powering clients to meet their business goals through content, digital marketing, branding and graphic design.

Proud to be a family business since 1983, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support a key function and deliver a step-change in our own business growth.

About the role

Reporting to our Account Director, you will sit with her at the apex of production, sales and customer service, responsible for the profitability, retention and growth of clients within your assigned portfolio of 5-7 accounts.

You’ll be the primary delivery point of contact for these clients, collaborating with them on the development of strategy and translating work from this strategy into actionable steps and briefs for the production team.

You’ll set and manage client expectations on agreed work items and manage their quality.

You’ll project manage all work on your assigned client accounts, liaising between the client and production team members to ensure we deliver on time and within budget.

This is a demanding, high-energy role, with the opportunity for immense job satisfaction!

About you

Experience in an agency setting is an absolute must as we are looking for someone to make an impact from day one. You’ll be:

  • A digital strategist, familiar with a suite of tools to support data-driven decisions throughout the sales funnel
  • A bit of a techie, with experience of using different content management systems
  • A highly skilled communicator; able to persuade and influence clients and colleagues alike
  • Super-organised and experienced in project management. Experience of managing website builds a bonus
  • Commercially savvy; confident to negotiate with clients
  • A hardworking implementer, with a strong track record of getting things done to a high standard
  • A pragmatic and tenacious problem-solver
  • Sharp yet humble!
  • Able to drive to regional client sites, with a full, clean driving license and your own car. (Mileage paid)

About the package
