More than anything, we want to find out what’s holding you back from achieving your business goals. We’d like to fully understand your current marketing strategy, the challenges your company is facing, and most importantly, determine what we can do to help.

Breckathons are our take on Hackathons/Hack Days. They ensure we address challenges and/or focus on analysing and optimising in-house systems and processes—all important in this dynamic digital marketing industry. They are also informal, creative and fun!
Website: Launched in December as part of our rebrand, we revisited our website page and targeted improvements:
HubSpot workflows: Our sales and marketing automation and internal processes reviewed and improved. Contacts updated. CTA inserted. Files updated. Leadflows created. Pages downloaded. Follow-up emails created.
Prospecting email campaign: Focused on needs that we have identified online. Business websites were reviewed. Email templates relevant to these needs were created (adding an advisory resource, such as our website blogs)—to run email campaigns to these segmented lists. First completed and sent on the day.
Research and revision of Website Hosting / Support Services: Ongoing.
#Breckathon1 focused on our proposal and forecasting processes, from discovery through to invoicing. Goals were set and achieved.
This was back in July, when the sun shone hot, skies blued and we dined al fresco at local green spot, Hum Hole...
... But #Breckathon2 was a different story. It was held on a rain-lashed Friday so we stayed indoors with the windows shut—apart from the lunchtime wagon train to 7Bone, a US-style diner that serves burgers, hot dogs and shakes.
Result? All areas of the agenda analysed, improved and implemented. Another successful Breckathon in the bag. Number 3 on the horizon.
MD Ross Breckenridge comments:
We are committed to ongoing assessment and optimisation of all our systems and processes. Our second Breckathon builds on the value of this approach shown in our first Hack Day, and it is now part of the company's CPD policy. It's also a great team-building exercise—and fun, too!
