Team Proposals and Team Forecasts—both key areas in every client campaign.
Scenario: A play in two parts, sandwiched around a picnic lunch at Hum Hole, a nearby (and very welcome) stretch of woodland.
Kit: Wonderwalls x 2, Sharpies, Post-it Notes, Breckeinsteins x 13.
By looking at the overarching pitstops in the proposal and forecasting processes, from discovery through to invoicing, and drilling down through what each of these comprises, both teams refined and defined optimum structures for immediate implementation.

There is a structure to everything and we are committed to ongoing assessment and optimisation of all our systems and processes. Our first Breckathon has shown us the value of this approach, and it is now part of the company's CPD policy. It's also a great team-building exercise—and fun, too!
