Based in Southampton, Breckenridge is a growth agency, powering ambitious tech clients to meet their business goals through their marketing, sales and customer services. After a stellar financial performance in 2021, we’re expanding our team further as part of our own ambitious growth plan, and are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to help us achieve our goals. 


About the role

Reporting to our Managing Director, you will sit at the apex of production, sales and customer service, responsible for the profitability, retention and growth of clients within your assigned portfolio. 

You’ll be the primary delivery point of contact for these clients, collaborating with them on the development of strategy and translating work into actionable steps and briefs for the production team. 

You’ll set and manage client expectations on agreed work items and gatekeep their quality. 

You’ll project manage all work on your assigned client accounts, liaising between the client and production team members to ensure we deliver on time and within budget.

About you

Experience in an agency setting is an absolute must as we are looking for someone to make an impact from day one. You’ll be:

  • A digital strategist, familiar with a suite of tools to support data-driven decisions throughout the sales funnel
  • A bit of a techie, with experience of using different content management and customer relationship management systems
  • A highly skilled communicator; able to persuade and influence clients and colleagues alike
  • Super-organised and experienced in project management
  • Commercially savvy; confident to negotiate with clients
  • A hardworking implementer, with a strong track record of getting things done to a high standard
  • A pragmatic and tenacious problem-solver
  • Sharp yet humble!
  • Able to drive to regional client sites, with a full, clean driving license and your own car. (Mileage paid)
