How we deliver training

Although the scale and specifics of training will vary, our underlying process remains constant:

  • Kick-off and discovery – we work with you to get an understanding of your current HubSpot use and what the goals and possibilities are for improvement. For new adopters this will focus on initial setup and basic training.
  • Develop a training plan – together we will identify ‘HubSpot Champions’ within your business who will be at the centre of delivery for the company and/or teams. We then work with them to create a training plan that will ensure that all users are trained.
  • Run training sessions – training is then delivered over an agreed period. We encourage in-person training where possible, but sessions can also be run remotely when teams are split over multiple locations.
  • Debrief and support – once the full training programme has been completed, we will debrief the Champions and other senior stakeholders. We can also offer extended support and training programmes designed to ensure continued refresher training and support with future queries.
