FORTH® Group comprises FORTH® Building Services, FORTH® Technical Services, FORTH® Fire and Modus. Together, the group provides HVAC, Fire Protection and Medical Room construction services to Blue Chip Clients in the UK.

The challenge

As a rapidly growing SME, FORTH have been working to align their marketing and sales teams around a consistent process to fuel growth and maintain insight for the Leadership team on performance across the group and individual businesses. Breckenridge are long term partners in making this happen using HubSpot over the last 4 years. This has involved maintaining progress as new teams have joined the group, and reporting requirements have become more complex.

What we delivered

A critical integration

The deployment of a custom integration with CAFM system BigChange has allowed an efficient flow of data from sales to service delivery teams in the field.

We have also continued to work closely with FORTH, delivering:

  • Continuous RevOps strategy for the group, incorporating all 4 businesses within an Enterprise Platform
  • Defined customer journey with Leadership Team
  • Lead and deal management processes

  • Goals and Forecasting across the Group and individual businesses
  • Training and documentation to give teams the tools needed to run with it
